Thinking about the inherent fakeness behind every snapshot of reality present on these networks and focusing on Instagram as the one people used the most in recent years, I tried to capture its dynamics and workings. I decided to focus on and investigate one of the most controversial roles in our society, that has become a staple thanks to social media: the influencer.
